-Toxic work environent. Clear divide between American and Korean employees. Favoritism of bilingual speakers. -Language barrier. Most of upper management only fluently spoke Korean which made role learning difficult. -No formal standard trainings. (ie: safety, role responsibilities, workplace harassment, disaster preparedness, etc,.) -Delays in processing health insurance. -Limited PPE. -Poor employee retention/frequent employee termination. -Office and warehouse temperatures were extremely cold in winter and extremely hot in summer.
