      Good people, bad communication from Senior management.

      Pros

      A lot of work and hours available. Good HR staff. Great possibility for personal grow and learning.

      Cons

      Communication from Senior management is the extremely poor per language barrier and there ideas and opinions. Makes work load frustrating and harder at times.

      Pros

      -Average pay for bachelor degree holder. -Plenty of opportunity to earn overtime. -Occassional company bonding events.

      Cons

      -Toxic work environent. Clear divide between American and Korean employees. Favoritism of bilingual speakers. -Language barrier. Most of upper management only fluently spoke Korean which made role learning difficult. -No formal standard trainings. (ie: safety, role responsibilities, workplace harassment, disaster preparedness, etc,.) -Delays in processing health insurance. -Limited PPE. -Poor employee retention/frequent employee termination. -Office and warehouse temperatures were extremely cold in winter and extremely hot in summer.
