      Pros

      CEO is transparent and makes an effort to keep all sites informed. This build trust. Good pay. Top notch scientists, the best I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      Integrating multiple businesses is not easy. There are growing pains but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Need to build a global communication network. This is a hindrance to bringing people under one company.

      This is a growing organization that it’s positioning itself as a leading CDMO. Colleagues are fantastic. Really smart people. If you are driven by an environment of continuous learning this is the place for you.

      Still gaining traction in being a recognized player.
