Pros

- Afternoon tea once a month as a complimentary meal, and free products are also provided. - This is an excellent environment for skill development. It'll be the best place to start a career with a decent salary - The working environment is very positive. - It served as a resting phase in my career, as the work was highly segmented.

Cons

I have been employed here for a few years, and I must say that I have encountered variety of individuals. There were initially some inconsistencies with employee contracts, but I have observed improvements in their management recently. During my first year, I was promised that I would transition to a full-time position. However, I was outsourced for four months before returning to a contract position for another year. This situation created several administrative challenges, as I now have multiple BPJS numbers and multiple reference letters. Nevertheless, I am grateful to the HR department for assisting me in obtaining the reference letter from the outsourcing company. Regarding career progression, I have not observed significant opportunities for advancement or professional growth over the years. Recently, I have also found it difficult to maintain good communication with the leadership due to the multiple layers of hierarchy. In addition, there is an attitude component included in the KPI assessment, and I acknowledge that I may not always meet the expected standards in that area. However, I feel it is unfair that users and managers are able to evaluate staff attitudes, while the attitudes and behavior of leaders toward staff are not evaluated in the same way. Respect and professionalism should not be expected from staff alone when leadership does not consistently demonstrate the same standards.
