Good pay. Good reputation. Reasonable training. Good prospects for those who are willing to suck it up, take their **** and dish it out in turn.
Cons
Poor work/life balance. No fixed schedule. Very impersonal as such a large company. Susceptible to downturns just like the rest of the O&G industry.
