      Good remuneration, the opportunities to move up only come if you outlive your boss.

      The company treats you like another number and doesn't help you at all

      Pros

      Good training. Good travel opportuity. Good for first 5 to 10 years of a career get out after this and before stagnation.

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on agreeing with bosses. Lots of talk but little support when it really mattered. Some excellent managers but some dross as well. Youre pretty screwed when you end up with a crap one for a year or two.
