Pros
Outdoors job. Very fulfilling for people who enjoy being challenged. Working environment is very welcoming. People make you feel at ease.
Cons
There were some very harsh constraints due to the jobs, but we know before hand that we are going to be challenged. This is not a real drawback. Could not find any to me.
