Opportunities for advancement. Excellent benefits. They provide great opportunities for exposure to other cultures through travel as well as in the work environment. Their technology is cutting edge. Mentors are provided in the program for advancement for technical careers. SLB provides lots of guidance and support in terms of career advancement.
Cons
Being assigned to an onsite location leaves one somewhat out of the loop of SLB. Compensation is lower than some of the industries SLB serves.
