Pros
-My manager and team environment dynamic has been great for me. I work hard and sometimes long hours but my manager provides positive support and my efforts are appreciated and acknowledged.
Cons
- With the down turn, moral has been low. -Some people appear over worked while others don't appear to do enough..it really depends on the manager -When I compare my work load/experience to others that I started it, our experiences vary greatly, which should not be the case. Some are more inexperienced after 3 years working for the company, but if you take initiative you will have more responsibilities and opportunities.
