The pay was good, and some people were enjoyable to work with.
Cons
Our product line was completely ignored by upper management for years, our campus neglected, and an aura of depression surrounded most of my coworkers. Chain of command is militaristic in rigidity and often makes no sense in the context of what is actually happening.
