Pros
Pay and benefits were good. Very good training program. I felt like the company was fair.
Cons
Oil and gas is a roller coaster business. I was laid off, but was given a fair severance package even as a newer employee. There weren't mass layoffs, only what was needed as they adjusted to changing conditions.
