      Salary has been ok and benefits are good, Maternity/Paternity has improved.

      Cons

      Started in my own office, Now I am in a cubicle. No longer get a bonus pay for working rush jobs on nights/weekends/holidays. Repeately asked to work on Christmas vacation with little appreciation.
