Mobility either geographically or across business lines. High level technology sells itself especially in most drilling related activity . True focus on HSE.
Cons
Desperate race towards total DEI regardless of the effect on the competency levels in the business. Open season on older males, it’s not a secret any longer. Very political, especially at HQ. Trust nobody.
