Pros
Health benefits, company events (bdays, holidays, happy hours), 10 paid holidays, company growth
Cons
Pay for non-billable employees, employee's confidential information is shared amongst HR "professionals" and President, vacation time, major decisions are all made through the parent company in the UK, upper management plays favorites - stocks and extras to some and nothing to others, HR Manager is unapproachable and tells upper management everything you tell him. HR Manager and Accounting Manager argue like school grade children creating negative energy and uncomfortable situations. Policies are handled inconsistently (401k match and bonuses), and some offices/employees do not have to follow them if they choose not to. Wrong management approach.
