Work is substandard. Employees are asked to turn a blind eye to negligence. Owner only cares about making as much cash as possible out of every client. Pros

There was always work to be done by everyone at SLS. As an intern, your mentor is able to ensure you are always able to be productive without being overwhelmed. SLS is a new company and is rapidly growing. This results in unique opportunities and culture that other companies don't offer. After less than a month at the internship, SLS LLC. Headquartes flew several interns down to the main office in Miami. This trip was to meet the owner and the rest of the team down at HQ. Management did a phenomelnal job making sure that you are not over-working yourself and went out of their way to make sure employees felt appreciated regularly. Company culture included local, fun office treats and lunch out on a weekly basis. SLS encouraged all its employees to continue learning at conferneces, from classes, and by communicating with each other. The team is also very supportive and very kind.

Cons

As SLS is a rapidly expanding company, organizational infastructure for the company is being redeveloped. Additionally, new hires were being brought on which meant some employees were a stretched a bit thin with training and tranistioning new epmployees onto projects. This was not the case for all employees though.
