Pros

I love working with SMC National. They are organized and proactive in their approach to cutting edge strategies. Our leadership is constantly navigating the areas we can adjust to make the experience better for both the client and employees. As a Registered Dental Hygienist and former Practice Administrator working directly with dentists to growth their practice through marketing with operational support of the key driver, is incredible. I love that I get to work remotely and feel supported by my colleaguse despite not being in a common workspace.

Cons

I don't have any cons. I think its really easy to focus on the bad when your an employee but I have been in leadership prior to SMC and I can directly see the effort and intention here at SMC. No complaints here!

Pros

SMC is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone is treated with respect. The company is 100% remote which is a built in benefits. Imagine waking up and just walking to your computer to work. It's amazing. Benefits are way above average. The coverage is what you would find at a Fortune 500. Work / life balance is a focus for this company. We get plenty of time off built into our benefit package, plus all holidays, plus surprise off days for reaching goals. Compensation is way above average as well. All leadership is supportive. HR is always looking for ways to increase engagement and team satisfaction. Gary and Ryan have built something special. If you don't love working here then that's on you, not SMC.

Cons

Every place has cons. That's just a part of working. SMC cons are out of their control. Sometimes a client is hard to deal with. That's not SMCs fault. That's just business. Again - if you don't love SMC then the chances are that is a you problem, not an SMC problem.
