1. CEO look after tea coffe bills and ask to reduce tea coffee consumption. 2. Low salary. 3. No entertainment. 4. Lot of politics between branch office and head office. 5. No growth. 6. Suddenly changes policy but not inform to the employees . Example- mediclaim policy suddenly reduce 2lacs to 1lacs. Lots of thing is left.. so pls before joining go through the company's review.
