No Pros... Only Cons sitting up there. All the recent updates, i.e. the flowery ones, are written by the CEO and his allies.. Working there has made me understand the tone and language our Mr. CEO uses

So, I have been working here and I see a lot of people coming and going. I would have been okay thinking that it is only the old employees that are quitting, but the dictatorship of the CEO just doesn't let anyone stay

Only friendly and helpful colleagues.

1. CEO look after tea coffe bills and ask to reduce tea coffee consumption. 2. Low salary. 3. No entertainment. 4. Lot of politics between branch office and head office. 5. No growth. 6. Suddenly changes policy but not inform to the employees . Example- mediclaim policy suddenly reduce 2lacs to 1lacs. Lots of thing is left.. so pls before joining go through the company's review.
