      Open lines of communication across all areas of the business and had a great working relationship with my line manager, Richard Goodlad

      Cons

      SMG ran out of money a few months after I started and I worked for free for three months on the promise from our CEO that the money was coming...though it never did!

      Great culture among the people who work there.

      There can be a lot of meetings sometimes so it makes it hard to get your work done in a timely manner.
