Pros
Provided tea and coffee and soft drinks. There really are not many other pros that I could think of as its a pretty toxic environment.
Cons
Employment agreements are for an 8 hour day but the expectation is that you work as long as it takes, every day. Very reactive environment, looked down upon if you are sick or have to go home early. Middle management treat lower level staff with disdain and are quick to blame them if something goes wrong. There is bullying and contempt towards the staff and it is really not a nice work environment. Extremely high staff turnover.
