Cookies in the kitchen, every Thursday bakery

Cons

Training not existing, communication between departments not existing, huge restrictions regarding "language". Words like fluff, gosh are extremely not allowed. Management is not supportive. On advert it's says supportive team and down to earth - the biggest lie.

Pros

It’s a fast growing company. Great opportunities for progression. SMI helps you achieve your career goals in whatever department you desire. Management and Senior staff are great at listening to feedback and making positive changes to the business if requested. SMI is a Brethren company which makes it unique to any other company I’ve worked at before. Being a Brethren company is no problem and makes no difference on working day to day. However they are some of the kindest, most generous people you will ever meet/work with.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is sometimes there isn’t enough desks if a lot of staff are in for power week. Although this is to be expected with a fast growing business and I’m sure it will be remedied soon.
