      SMI are a brilliant company to work for. Very supportive, positive environment. Great team spirit. Lots of little perks :-) Fantastic Management Team, always feel appreciated and valued. Very happy working here.

      Cookies in the kitchen, every Thursday bakery

      Cons

      Training not existing, communication between departments not existing, huge restrictions regarding "language". Words like fluff, gosh are extremely not allowed. Management is not supportive. On advert it's says supportive team and down to earth - the biggest lie.
