Soarin Group's primary role inside the organizations is to be their CIO and/or HR Director. We look out for the best interest of our clients and set forth agendas to help them grow with the use of people and technology. Our System Administrators have the opportunity, and the expectation, to ensure the needs of the companies they are assigned to are being met and we hold our employees accountable to that end. As long as employees are fulfilling the duties and responsibilities for which they were hired for, there is no need for "micro-management". However, we do hold the technical staff, no matter if they are employees of Soarin Group or another company, highly accountable if we operate as their CIO. The duty of the CIO is to foster the strategic relationship between technology and business for the client. We provide several opportunities for communication, learning, on-site training and shadowing and we always review the expectations with the team on weekly basis. As always, Soarin Group continues to work with our team to improve all communication and processes by following the EOS model.
- The owner reads your emails, listens to your phone calls, and likely has hidden cameras watching you at all times. There's a difference between micromanaging and stalking your employees. - The owner only cares about using people to make himself look good. He doesn't want you to do a great job, he wants you to mess up so he can fix it and be the hero. - The owner lies so much he can't even keep track. I can't believe he's able to keep clients fooled for any amount of time. - The owner wrote every positive review on here. No one with actual experience at this company would leave higher than a 2-star review, let alone 5 stars!
