Thank you for taking time to post your comments. We do recognize that it takes time for an employee to get to know and understand our clients environments as we work with a very diverse range of industries. In the interview process, we discuss our diversity and individualized attention to each company very thoroughly so employees enter our organization with the understanding that we serve several different types of industries and do not take a cookie cutter approach to any of them. We understand that the vast differences from one company to another, on top of our very customer service oriented approach feels like we don't have any processes, procedures or standards. To that, Soarin prides itself on making sure that every client stays unique and we will never apply a "one size fits all" approach to our clients. Some employees also confuse "coaching", "training", and "accountability" with "micromanagement". Although we are aware that improvements can be made in regards to effective communication we continue to strive to work towards fostering improved team communication as we work within the EOS mindset like so many other companies.

Soarin Group's primary role inside the organizations is to be their CIO and/or HR Director. We look out for the best interest of our clients and set forth agendas to help them grow with the use of people and technology. Our System Administrators have the opportunity, and the expectation, to ensure the needs of the companies they are assigned to are being met and we hold our employees accountable to that end. As long as employees are fulfilling the duties and responsibilities for which they were hired for, there is no need for "micro-management". However, we do hold the technical staff, no matter if they are employees of Soarin Group or another company, highly accountable if we operate as their CIO. The duty of the CIO is to foster the strategic relationship between technology and business for the client. We provide several opportunities for communication, learning, on-site training and shadowing and we always review the expectations with the team on weekly basis. As always, Soarin Group continues to work with our team to improve all communication and processes by following the EOS model.

Thank you for taking time to provide comments. Soarin Group offers a variety of relevant courses and on-the-job training to help employees excel in their position. With the rapid rate of change in the IT realm, employees must also be personally motivated to keep up-to-date on the latest technologies on top of their normal job duties. We also continue to make our employees experiences better with continued improvements to on-boarding and daily learning opportunities. Although we have heavy documentation, we do require employees to be engaged with our clients on a daily basis to help update the constant changing and evolving documentation as well.
