Pros
If you want to do the best work of your life, grow like crazy, and tap into your full potential, SOCRadar is where you need to be. Let’s be real—this isn’t an easy job. The expectations are high because we’re absolutely top-tier at what we do. But that’s what makes it exciting. We don’t overhire, we don’t rely on flashy marketing, and we don’t have mass layoffs. We grow smart, and that means we grow on the backs of the people here who step up. If you’re ready to take ownership and run with it, the opportunities are endless. But if you’re looking for easy wins or waiting for someone to hold your hand, this isn’t the place. I’ve seen people struggle here, and honestly, it’s usually because they weren’t ready to take action. But if you show up, take responsibility, and push yourself, you’ll thrive. The one thing I always say when I’m asked what I look for in a company is reciprocity. SOCRadar is the first place where I’ve felt that in full. I’ve hit my quota two quarters in a row and I’m about to get the biggest commission check of my career. After I hit my first quota, I got my commission, an Apple Watch, a promotion with more responsibilities, and a 20% raise. In sales, you’re lucky to get a 3% cost-of-living bump, if that—so this was huge for me. SOCRadar isn’t for everyone, but if you want to challenge yourself, grow, and actually be rewarded for your hard work, it’s an incredible place to be.
Cons
Working here is definitely challenging—it’s not for the average seller. It’s for people who want to take ownership, make an impact, and grow the business while leveling up their own careers. We’re in a Series B stage, so it’s very much a startup/scale-up vibe. Sometimes decisions get made in silos, but we’re also open to feedback and quick to adapt. To me, that just means we move fast and break things, but we’re not afraid to admit when something doesn’t work and make it right.
