Pros
Resume Experience building opportunity, with renders to show for within your portfolio. Young-spirited group of employees with a wealth of knowledge. Occasional catered lunch paid for by owners.
Cons
Most of the employees were over-worked, stressed out from tight deadlines, and not appreciated by a management team that would routinely side with clients over their own staff. Minimal training - You are thrown directly into the fire, and expected to hit the ground running with their numerous in-house add-ons to the software. During my first week with the company, I had a female co-worker refer to me as an idiot within an ear-shot of me to her fellow colleague because I hadn't finished a task in the manner which she would've done it, despite ending at identical results.
Though the staff members are individually friendly - it felt impossible to break through socially. They have their social clicks and inside jokes that leave you feeling left out from group activities, or even lunch period gatherings.
Location is ideal for people with Train access, or local city residents - It's otherwise a complete pain to commute to.
