It feels like working with the family members. Time passes very quickly everyday with lots of fun and work.
Cons
Their are always variation of work which are very likeable and challenging because you have to make clients happy.

You will not realize that you are working at a studio, it's like you are working with your family and on a family environment. And as a 3D Artist you will be provided the best tools and technology for producing Arts. And the best part is company is always open to provide you everything you need to improve yourself. Even the CEO is way to kind , supportive and always open to you for all sorts of supports !
Cons
I didn't find any downsides of the company. If there's any before you realize they will figure it out and solve those issues. But they are always open to your suggestions and innovative ideas.
