For anyone that has worked here, they know the culture is really awful. Many people are overworked, underpaid and treated unfairly by c-level management. The company has a top-down approach to their culture, where management makes decisions without the input of anyone else. When decision making is siloed like this, it results in bad decisions across the organization and employees who are faced with tasks that are not possible or don't make sense with what they are seeing day to day. A pillar of the company is "yes if", meaning you are encouraged to find a solution no matter what problem you are given. While this sounds nice in theory, it forces many employees to say "yes" when they really don't have the capacity to take on more tasks. If you are looking for a leadership role where you can make real change and develop better processes, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. If you are someone who likes to be told what to do, this is a great opportunity for you.
