As with any “low cost” clinic they provide services to people at affordable prices

The management, and CEO, are terrible. They do not care about employees. They have called employees “rats” and “weak” for leaving. They have no actual medical or business experience and simply don’t know how to manage people. They pay the support staff terrible wages and blame it on the budget, yet they have massive fundraisers each year and utilize volunteers for many aspects of the business. And the CEO gets large raises each year, while staff get a few dollars. Patient care is floundering and management cares more about their own feelings and google reviews than the staff or even the patients. It’s clear the CEO only cares “about the numbers.” At one point she creative a directive to bring in all orphaned kittens from animal control. And while this sounds wonderful- kittens were literally dying in the hallways as the staff could not take care of them all. Board members are to be treated as VIPs, but no one knows what they actually do. Board members actually have money. Why do they need to cut in line of a low cost clinic where people who have no other options have to go. That’s just sad and disgusting and shows what they think is actually important.
