SQ Digital is the perfect agency for both ambitious graduates starting their digital marketing journey and experienced professionals looking for the next step in their career. You get what you put in. If you're hardworking, a team player, and willing to adapt to a fast paced industry, you'll flourish at SQ Digital. There are plenty of opportunities to learn and progress in a company that champions personal development. The team are fantastic and really make it a great place to work. I've made some lifelong friends over the years I've worked there and it's these bonds that make it a great environment to learn and develop professionally and personally. All three directors are hands on and work in the business every day. Whilst remaining professional, they do feel like friends and you can go to them with anything. I've always had a great relationship with all three and can't thank them enough for their support and guidance during my time in the company. The company has come a LONG way in the last 5-6 years and I think it's unfair that reviews from old employees don't reflect this. Everyone has their own experience but overall mine has been positive and I leave with good memories.

As is normal with a face paced environment, there is often a lot of change. I adapted to this well but it's not the case for everyone. Just ensure communication is perfect from top down so people don't feel lost, anxious or confused

honestly enjoy coming into work every day and don't dread getting up in the morning, working in a job I feel unhappy in, which has been the case with other jobs in the past. From the very start over a year ago, I felt welcomed into the SQ family straight away. Probably the first place I've ever worked in, where every single person gets along with each other. No disrespectful conversations behind people's backs or petty office politics. Such a lovely bunch of people to work with every day, and I feel really lucky for that. Such a talented, friendly team full of genuine people. Everybody (including higher management and directors) offer support and provide encouragement. The directors have a close working relationship with their employees; making you feel personally valued and not just another number on a payslip. This also means that if you have ideas you want to bring forward, you have the opportunity to do this. There's always development opportunities, if you are passionate about something, its great to know that you can develop the skills you need to succeed in this and be fully supported along the way. There's been a lot of change of the past year, but I genuinely feel that the business is moving in the right direction.
