I've made some lifelong friends over the years I've worked there and it's these bonds that make it a great environment to learn and develop professionally and personally. All three directors are hands on and work in the business every day. Whilst remaining professional, they do feel like friends and you can go to them with anything. I've always had a great relationship with all three and can't thank them enough for their support and guidance during my time in the company. The company has come a LONG way in the last 5-6 years and I think it's unfair that reviews from old employees don't reflect this. Everyone has their own experience but overall mine has been positive and I leave with good memories.
