Pros

They are a okay company to work for if you like high stress. But they do feed you well and you will gain weight.

Cons

Very high turnover rate. Not a healthy working environment. They pride themselves on core values but they need to be reminded because they don’t follow them.

Plenty of training opportunities provided, good benefits, company core values are lived by, strong leadership, well managed all around, values people.

Cons

Workload can be heavy for a season.

Great benefits, which include a FSA, gift baskets, 401k, stocks within the company (if you get invited to join), company vehicle

Cons

Management is not what I expected. From my experience SSFM was understaffed and stretches their staff really thin to meet deadlines. No overtime pay for salaried engineers.
