      Pros

      They are a okay company to work for if you like high stress. But they do feed you well and you will gain weight.

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate. Not a healthy working environment. They pride themselves on core values but they need to be reminded because they don’t follow them.

      I'm sorry your experience was not positive with SSFM. We do look out for our employees and promote employees to go to their supervisor, HR or even the CEO if they have any concerns.       Pros

      - Consistently seeking opportunities to grow and develop their staff, such as conferences, Japan classes, team bonding exercises, speakers, lunch-and-learns and more. - Monthly staff meetings / lunches which brings individuals from all groups together in a space to easily co-mingle - Employee benefits are the best I have personally experienced in my nearly 20 year career (ie. health & dental insurance, "extra-curricular" yearly stipend, Biki membership, travel assistance program, profit sharing) - Plenty of opportunities for growth: due to the variety of projects, groups within the company as well as the companies' desire to constantly seek new business avenues.

      Cons

      - Could have a more substantial 401K plan, although the important thing is one is provided. With everything else the company offers their staff - a non matching 401K can been overseen in my eyes.

      - Opportunities to develop and expand knowledge in engineering - Work on various types of projects. These are challenging but help career growth - Promotes skill development of all employees

      Cons

      - Projects can be very demanding, requiring long hours to meet short deadlines - Limited PTO hours. Would be great if its slightly higher especially for those employed with SSFM for a long time (+ 10 years)
