Pros
- Consistently seeking opportunities to grow and develop their staff, such as conferences, Japan classes, team bonding exercises, speakers, lunch-and-learns and more. - Monthly staff meetings / lunches which brings individuals from all groups together in a space to easily co-mingle - Employee benefits are the best I have personally experienced in my nearly 20 year career (ie. health & dental insurance, "extra-curricular" yearly stipend, Biki membership, travel assistance program, profit sharing) - Plenty of opportunities for growth: due to the variety of projects, groups within the company as well as the companies' desire to constantly seek new business avenues.
Cons
- Could have a more substantial 401K plan, although the important thing is one is provided. With everything else the company offers their staff - a non matching 401K can been overseen in my eyes.
