Pros
If you enjoy long hours, constant movement from unit to unit with little to no notice, doing hourly jobs 80% of the time (on top of your duties) with zero appreciation and minimal support, this is definitely the place for you. This will undoubtedly consume about 50-70 hours of your week but you'll only be getting paid for 40 of them, mind you.
Cons
Leadership in terminal horrible. Very little support from operations and upper management. Little to zero empathy for the things going on in your personal life. $20 daily allowance for food which leaves you paying out of pocket for most meals as most are not going 10+ hours without eating twice. Not permitted to purchase steak, seafood or bottled beverages. Rules were different for you based on how favorably you were seen by the upper management. Severely understaffed.
