      Pros

      Good working-class people who are generally passionate about their products and services.

      Cons

      Management without heart - running the business like an HBR case study. Workplace passion is an illusion, and most feel trapped in a nowhere-else-to-go job situation. The company has gone downhill since being silently acquired and managed by 3GIS (who incidentlally have more GIS in their name than in their products)

      Great opportunities, yearly raises for every employee, encouraged to move up, constantly internally promoting.

      Cons

      I dont have any complaints.

      Pros

      Started as a family environment, became just a number at a company. Employs great talent, but has trouble keeping them. Sick leave was not included in PTO

      Cons

      Benefits weren't great to start with, then became worse over the years. Nepotism. Hard to advance career, very limited roles.
