      Pros

      -Incredible people! - Great camaraderie from the start, worked with highly intelligent and kind people that did their jobs well. - In the beginning it was a fun place to work with lots of social events.

      Cons

      - New Leadership is so disconnected from the actual work, very poor communication with the company. - Not much room for growth, you get boxed in - Product releases are not well vetted it was a struggle to finish projects on time, this caused problems for work/life balance. - Benefits also lacking.

      Flexible company, really good benefits if you’re a full time employee.

      I think thy should train new people a lot longer.

      Pros

      Started as a family environment, became just a number at a company. Employs great talent, but has trouble keeping them. Sick leave was not included in PTO

      Cons

      Benefits weren't great to start with, then became worse over the years. Nepotism. Hard to advance career, very limited roles.
