They are in socal, they make motorcycles and electric bicycles/scooters.
Cons
Management micromanages, don't listen to facts related to what I was hired to do (feels they are opinions), Communications are vague, employees who speak Chinese given preferential treatment over others, high turn over, low morale, unclean inside, terrible company policies, people who don't understand motorcycles making motorcycle decisions.
