1. Work-life balance is great. 2. The coworkers and management level are nice to get along with. 3. Get to experience all phases of the supply chain since it's a small company. 4. Managers welcome different solutions and opinions.

1. Lower than industrial standard salary.

They are in socal, they make motorcycles and electric bicycles/scooters.
Cons
Management micromanages, don't listen to facts related to what I was hired to do (feels they are opinions), Communications are vague, employees who speak Chinese given preferential treatment over others, high turn over, low morale, unclean inside, terrible company policies, people who don't understand motorcycles making motorcycle decisions.
