Worst company I’ve ever worked for - Travel Expert STA Travel Employee Review

If you care about customers and your sanity it’s not worth it. Salary is terrible, extensive unpaid overtime is expected and not appreciated, no real benefits. No care for customers, only how much revenue they’re making the company. May not be the same for all stores as I do know some people who love working for STA, but they seem to be staff who work in affluent heavily student based areas who make hitting their targets easy.
