The company showed little support for professional growth, and opportunities for advancement were limited. The company culture was a highly cliquey environment filled with excessive drama, which originated from the top-down. This toxic dynamic created divisions and hindered productivity, as favoritism, exclusion, and unnecessary conflicts became prevalent. Consequently, collaboration and overall team cohesion were impeded, making it challenging to foster a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
