Unprofessional Conduct and Micro Managing by the CEO - Anonymous employee STEMpedia Employee Review

1. Favouritism by the CEO towards a few female employees in the office. 2. Unprofessional behaviour including body shaming and personal remarks by the CEO himself. 3. SALARIES/COMMISSIONS/REIMBURSEMENTS are never disbursed on time. 4. Performance reviews are based on your relations with the CEO's favourites since these reviews are discussed with the favourites rather than the Team Leader of that employee. 5. The number of HR Staff this company has gone through in one year is a shame. Imagine a company where even the HR Head is unable to stay for a whole year, let alone the other employees.
