      there is no pros to working in this company

      This is the worst company ever. The CEO is a mad man. they do not pay salaries on time even if they have lots of money. They will bully you to the fullest and will not take any action against it. they treat their employees like slaves.

      I would not recommend working here. No amount of money is worth losing your sanity over this company.

      1. Favouritism by the CEO towards a few female employees in the office. 2. Unprofessional behaviour including body shaming and personal remarks by the CEO himself. 3. SALARIES/COMMISSIONS/REIMBURSEMENTS are never disbursed on time. 4. Performance reviews are based on your relations with the CEO's favourites since these reviews are discussed with the favourites rather than the Team Leader of that employee. 5. The number of HR Staff this company has gone through in one year is a shame. Imagine a company where even the HR Head is unable to stay for a whole year, let alone the other employees.
