STLogics - THEY GIVE THEIR OWN POSITIVE FEEDBACK ON GLASS DOOR - Anonymous employee STLogics Employee Review

Stlogics is one of the crazy organizations I have seen in my life. For example they write there own feedback positively on Glass doors as employees and clients gave negative feedback about them. Senior Management are another crazy lot. They run their business from Onshore and Offshore offices. I have worked with both offices and I must say they have no idea on how to run this company. There are no policies that benefit the employees. There are NO facilities in office. They just DON'T CARE about their EMPLOYEES and CLIENTS. THEY RUIN THEIR EMPLOYEES CAREERS. THERE WERE SO MANY EMPLOYEES WHO WERE HIRED AND FIRED. THEY RUINED SO MANY CAREERS. They do not pay people who are on medical leave, they do not pay for paternal and maternal leaves. They do not value employees. STLogics will soon close their shop and open a new company as no employees are going to Join or no clients will be working with them.
