Pros
Valuable lesson in recognizing and leaving unhealthy work environments
Cons
This company presents itself as a peaceful, wellness-centered environment, but my experience as a receptionist revealed a very different reality.
There was constant leadership turnover, little stability, and minimal support for staff. It quickly became clear that raising concerns was not encouraged. In my experience, employees who spoke up were not met with support, which created a culture where many felt it was safer to stay silent.
I personally observed and became aware of practices that raised serious concerns regarding professionalism and compliance. This included situations where it appeared that some individuals providing services may not have had clearly verifiable credentials, as well as concerns about how certain products were prepared or handled on-site. These issues were significant enough that they raised questions for me about whether appropriate standards were consistently being followed.
My experience with leadership was challenging. Concerns were not handled in a supportive or constructive way, and interactions could feel dismissive or, at times, intimidating. The overall environment did not feel healthy or sustainable.
What stood out most was the disconnect between the company’s external image and the internal culture. While the brand emphasizes wellness and care, my experience did not reflect those values in practice.
I ultimately chose to leave because the environment negatively impacted my well-being.
