Pros

I do not recommend working at Swag42. The company has issues with layoffs, late salary payments, no bonus structure, and a very poor corporate culture. It's not a stable or rewarding workplace.

Cons

- The company frequently conducts layoffs with little to no transparency or warning, creating a constant atmosphere of job insecurity. - There were consistent delays and issues with salary payments, which caused significant financial stress and is completely unacceptable. - There are no performance bonuses or meaningful rewards for hard work. Your efforts are not financially acknowledged beyond the base salary (when it arrives). - There is a notable lack of team cohesion, clear communication from leadership, and any sense of a positive or supportive work environment. It feels transactional at best.

Pros

- flexible work schedule for some employees

Cons

- constant delays in salary payments, varying from two weeks to several months (nobody cares about your private payments (flat, food, etc., just your life)) - a total lack of empathy and professional ethics on the part of the company’s HRD - layoffs with one day’s notice - a complete lack of effective internal communication to resolve any issues, even after you leave the company, they just start ignoring you - the employee doesn't feel valued or supported within the company at all - no one warns employees if any changes are made that are not in their favor - no employee benefits are offered, even though employees have often asked for things like a multisport membership, language courses, or at least partial payment for something
