truly global, multicultural company - strong franchise; SWIFT business card opens doors few people ever walk through. High salaries, travel opportunities.
Cons
cooperative status and its board make it very conservative, even outside the core messaging business, where failure can indeed not be an option. Office politics, bureaucracy, underestimated ignorance prevent success of all new products bar a few, since many years.
