      Work load is ok and Flexible Working Hours and Location (Work From Home / Work From Office) Allowance is generous Extra Pay is also generous Benefits are above average (Allowances, HMO, Dependents, Paternity is 5 Weeks)

      Cons

      Not easy to get hired Need to be more vocal in workplace as part of Agile Feedback is a must Bonus and Salary Increase is average only.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
