      Pros

      Good medical, progressive vacation scale, a lot more than in any typical American company. HQ in Belgium. Mix of technologies, tons of legacy code, strong focus on security and testing.

      Cons

      Very confusing technology stack, pipelines and delivery models. One needs to be practically DevSecOps+tester to navigate the zoo.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
