      starting pay is fine. flexible hours.

      pay raises and bonuses are poor and sometimes miniscule. Several employees did not even notice their pay adjustments in their bank accounts. poor executive management communication. very little company updates on the direction of the company. executive management has poor understanding of staff work duties
